Fund the shared space where Durham turns access problems into usable truth.
Care coordination works when the next step is clear, reachable, and true right now.
But systems drift. Intake pauses. Requirements change. Capacity fills. And the burden falls on coordinators and clients to figure it out—again and again.
Civik Access is the structured forum where different groups come together to surface "group truth" about access—then capture it so it can be used and maintained.
You're funding the ability for people who experience the system from different angles to align on what's actually happening:
Most communities don't have a consistent place where those perspectives get compared, reconciled, and turned into something practical.
Civik Access is that place.
A facilitated, structured forum designed to surface shared truth about barriers and steps—without turning into a town hall or a complaint session.
Civik Access is organized into stations, each focused on one corridor (housing, crisis, food, reentry, etc.).
At stations, we capture things like:
The goal isn't discussion for its own sake.
It's shared clarity that carries forward.
Sponsors receive recognition in two places:
Sponsors are recognized as "Sponsor Challenge" supporters of ongoing community conversations—helping keep the forum active, moderated, and useful between gatherings.
(You're not buying influence over the conversation. You're funding the space that makes the conversation possible.)
